This is my baby. My first brand new guitar after only purchasing used guitars. I received it as a grand prize after winning a competition. You can check out my submission video below. This is a custom build Portlander loaded with hand-wound Bear Cat Pickups. Casey Marvin at Veritas did an incredible job with this build. My luthier, Dave Petillo, also made me some custom knobs on it for me that look absolutely killer and also talks about how well built the instrument is. After all of these years, it is still the best feeling and sounding guitar I’be ever owned! I’ve taken it everywhere and played just about every style of music on this thing!
